Joy Sternadel (1928-2011) | Visit Guest Book ODESSA Joy Sternadel, age 82, of Odessa, went to be with the Lord on March 24, 2011 at Deerings Nursing Home due to a serious illness. She was born July 31, 1928 in Peoria, Arizona to Bernice Holmes and Buck Norman. She married William Julius Sternadel in Rosengburg, Texas. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William Sternadel, loved granddaughter, Christina Wooten, and her loved Aunt Dorothy M. Loe. Survivors include her son, Bobby Krinsky and wife Carol of Oklahoma; daughters, Kathy Dockall and husband, Frank of Odessa, Georgianna Kalseh and husband Ed of Georgia, Diane Stickney and husband Ross of Odessa; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Chaplain Johnny Touchstone officiating.
