Bio
O.T. Norred, 68, had his services from the First Baptist church with Rev. W.H. Townsend, pastor, officiating. Mr. Norred, Olney resident since 1925 died following a brief illness. He had been taken to Wichita Falls suffering from double pneumonia. A native of Alabama, Norred settled in southwest Archer County in 1907. After moving to Olney, he operated a garage for several years. Norred settled in southwest Archer County in 1901. Survivors: widow; son - Oliver Norred; three daughters - Mrs. J.O. Johnston of Miami, AZ, Mrs. J.E. DAvis of Gladewater, Mrs. Ray Crawford of Wichita Falls; brothers and sisters in Louisiana and Alabama.
