wife of Curley Fred Hendricks; mother of Nancy Gail Hendricks and Freddie Mac Hendricks McKINNEY - Glenna B. Hendricks of McKinney passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at the age of 92. She was born March 6, 1921 to Glenn Beaty and Lula (Edmondson) Gentry in Sedalia, Texas. Glenna married Curley Fred Hendricks on May 21, 1938 in Anna, Texas. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Anna, Texas. Glenna is survived by her son, Mac Hendricks and wife Sherry of McKinney; daughter, Nancy Hendricks Miller and husband Bill of Caddo, Okla.; grandchildren, Wes Hendricks, Rebecca Hendricks Brewer, Scott Miller, Todd Miller; great-grandchildren, Spencer and Wilson Hendricks; Jackson, Jacob and Augustus Brewer; Clayton, Derah, Ty Curley and Tobi Miller; great-great-grandchildren, Brittney and Carter Miller, Blake Vaughn and numerous nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curley Fred Hendricks; parents, Glenn and Lula Gentry; sisters, Clotell Hunter and Johnnie Keesee; and brother, Robert Gentry. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2013 at First Christian Church in Anna. Interment will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Westminster, Texas. Family and friends are invited to Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen at their convenience on Saturday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. Following the graveside, the family will receive friends during a reception at the First Christian Church, 201 S. Sherley Ave, Anna.
