Bio

MRS. ALONZO PEA Mrs. Alonzo Pea, 66, of Route 1, Oakfield, died this morning at Waupun Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 14, 1906, in the Town of Oakfield, the daughter of Walter and Ora Carrier Smith. The former Dorothea Smith was married Sept. 2, 1924, at Lamartine. THz couple moved to the present farm after the marriage where Mrs. Pea resided at the time of her death and where she was born. She was a member of United Methodist Church, Oakfield. Survivors include her widower; three sons, Clarence, Irvin and Marvin all of Oakfield; five grandchildren; a brother, Donald Smith of Oakfield; and a sister, Mrs. Doris Rhode of Markesan. A sister preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Oakfield, with the Rev. O. B. Smith officiating. Burial will be in Rock River Cemetery located on Highway 151 between Waupun and Lamartine. Friends and relatives may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at Kohls Co.
