Bio

Louise Penland Conard of 289 Westwood Circle, Waynesville, NC passed away, June 22, 2001 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. She was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and was the daughter of the late David and Neppie Kinsland Penland. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Homer V. Conard and two beloved grandsons, Billy J. Frizzell and Rick D. Frizzell. She was also preceded in death by four brothers and six sisters. She was a retired employee of Wellco Manufacturing Company and a member of Hazelwood Presbyterian Church. Wells Funeral Home.
