Bio

He died at Holy Cross Hospital. Utah Death certificate said 'pneumonia" but the contributing factor, acute myocarditis. Myocarditis is inflammation of the myocardium (the muscular part of the heart). It is generally due to infection (viral or bacterial). Family story is he had an abscessed tooth. He never married.
