I had a hard time locating her true maiden name-some of her childrens death certificates say "Miller" and at least one tree on ancestery had "Wettner" Death Cert: Father is John M. Mettner. ∼ Etgen - Mrs. Annie, aged 41 years, died yesterday morning at her home, 2021 Latimer street. The funeral will be from the residence to Oakland Cemetery at 3 o'clock this afternoon, Rev. John Strait, pastor of the German Methodist Church, conducting the service. Mrs. Etgen is survived by her husband, her mother, Mrs. Mary Mettener, and six children.
