Wichita Falls Times Record News William Keith Shelley, 74, died Saturday, June 12, 1999, in his Vernon residence. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Wilbarger Memorial Park with the Rev. Randy Thomas officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home. Mr. Shelley was born Feb. 24, 1925, in Hill County, Texas. He and Frances Shelley were married June 23, 1951, in Whitney, Texas. She died Aug. 16, 1993. He moved to Wilbarger County February 1952 and moved to Graham, Texas, in 1962. He returned to Vernon in 1963. He was a Baptist. Survivors include a daughter, Brenda Thomas of Lazbuddie, Texas; two brothers, Lewis of Olney, Texas and Charlie of Hillsboro, Texas; two sisters, Viola Booth of Whitney and Sara Pelham of San Antonio; and two grandchildren. The family will be at the funeral home today from 1 p.m. until service time.
