Oneita M.Sibal Dec 20,1912-March 30,2001 Oneita M.Sibal, 88, of Scottsbluff, died March 30, 2001, at Beverly Healthcare in Scottsbluff. She was the mother of Pat Sibal of Kimball. Funeral services were April 4 at Draucker Funeral home. Interment was in the Ogallala Cemetery. She was born December 20, 1912, in Smith County, Kan. to French and Bessie Fruit Smith. She grew up in Arthur County and lived in Julesburg, Colo.; Thermopiles, Wyo.; Ogallala and Arizona throughout her life. She married Alford Boliver Clapp in 1928. She married Joe F.Sibal in 1939. She had received her nursing training in 1935 and had been employed in North Platte, Grant, Ogallala and Julesburg. She was survived by five sons and daughters-in-law, two sisters; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter, three brothers and one sister.
