Phineas Price obituary from the McKinney Weekly Democrat (21 March 1895, p. 3): "Phineas Price died of slow fever, Monday and was buried Tuesday in the Stoney Point graveyard. He left a wife and three children." NOTE: This is NOT the same Phineas as "Phineas L. Price" husband of Flora, buried in the same cemetery.
