Music promoter and manager. During her music industry career she traveled as a manager with the Merle Lindsay Band, Johnny Lee Willis Band and the Leon McAuliffe Band where she also worked as a promoter. She was a past co-president of the Wesley Onley Oklahoma Fan Club. Born in Preston, Oklahoma, she moved to Amarillo, Texas from Yukon, Oklahoma after her retirement in 1989, where she became a homemaker and was a member of Caprock Baptist Church in Amarillo. Geri and her husband, musician Rocky Gregg, perished in an automobile accident on Colorado Highway 115, about 16 miles south of Colorado Springs when their vehicle crossed the center median and struck an oncoming car. The female driver of the other vehicle was killed, and her two passengers severely injured, one of which had to extricated from the damaged vehicle. Joint services were held for the couple at the Rector Funeral Home Chapel in Amarillo, Texas with interment following at Memorial Park Cemetery.
