Boe and his partner Ken Kausalik; many nieces, nephews and family members. Services Friday 11:30 AM at Lutheran Church of the Atonement, 601 E. 98th St. Interment Bloomington Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 5-8 PM at Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. and one hour before service at Church. Memorials to Fairview Hospice or Atonement Lutheran Church. Morris Nilsen Chapel.
