Bio
Edna M. Peters, passed away at home, on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer. Edna was born in Corpus Christi, TX on October 24, 1949 to Don and Lois Mladenka Baur. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin M. Peters, and her father. Edna is survived by her children, Jeffrey L. Hearn and his wife Sonia, and Janet L. Rohrig and her husband Michael; grandchildren Jacob Hearn, and Peyton, Marcus, and Isabelle Rohrig and her mother and sisters. She truly enjoyed cooking for friends and family and had a passion for quilting. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the Settegast-Kopf Co @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (William's Trace Exit). Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 5, 2011 at First Baptist Church, Cotulla, TX. Interment will follow at Cotulla West Cemetery.
