Bio

Charles was the son of James A. Fletcher and Nancy Ann Caroline (Black) House-Fletcher. He married Lydia B. Fleming 22 December 1897 in Bastrop County, Texas. Lydia was the daughter of Frank M. Fleming and Hollie Kite. They had three children: Murray M. Fletcher, Marie Louise Fletcher, and Charles F. Fletcher, Jr. His mother was first married Laban House in Bastrop County and following his death she married James A. Fletcher.
