Bio

Gilford Grady Dobbs was born on October 3, 1889, to William S. Dobbs and Fannie Walker. He was foreman of the Byrne Publishing Company and president of the Tyler Typographical Union. Mr. Dobbs died October 14, 1915, from complications of pneumonia and typhoid fever. He was 26. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
