New Orleans, Passenger Lists, 1813-1963 Vincenz Dorilek born about 1875 Departure Bremen, Germany Arrival United States November 5, 1877 1920 Census Parents birth place Bohemia; Vincent's birth place Bohemia(arrived 1876) Born in South Texas and married Miss Mary Neihbauer on November 20, 1899 near Yoakum, Texas. They moved to the Megargel-Westover area where they resided until her death several years ago. He later married Lillie Jiral, who survives him. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Vecera of Megargel, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren , and two step-daughters, Estelle and Bessie Services for V.J. Darilek of Yoakum, former long time resident of Megargel were held at the Catholic Church. A native of Czeckoslavakia, he moved to Megargel in 1905 and lived here until moving to Yoakum in 1948. He was a Catholic and member of K.J.T. Survived by his wife; one daughter by his first wife, Mrs. A. Vecera of Megargel; four grandchildren; one brother; four sisters. He was preceded in death by his first wife in 1945 at Megargel, Texas. The Olney Enterprise November 26, 1959 Olney, Texas Permission for use granted by publishers.
