I am trying to find where Mary Vantine Smallwood's parents are buried Garrit Vooris Vantine and Mary Elizabeth Dawson Vantine. They are my husbands 3rd great grandparents; I know that Garrett died on 22 Jun 1863 in Collin County. The last record of Mary Elizabeth is in Collin County living with William and Mary Smallwood in the 1880 census. Mary Elizabeth also has with her her mentally handicapped son Cornelius in 1880, but there is no record that I can find of him after that either. You don't happen to have any idea where they might be buried do you? I am wondering if the farm Mary Smallwood is buried on could have been the Smallwood or Vantine farm at one time?
