He was born Aug. 4, 1904, in La Plata, Mo. He had been an oil pumper for Mobil Oil Co. for 44 years, and had moved to Ventura County from Long Beach in 1947. Mr. Beall was a member of the American Kennel Club. ---He is survived by his wife, Velma; son, Donald L. of Jacksonville, Fla.; daughters, Mrs. Janice Sawyer of McKinleyville; brothers, Ralph of St. Paul, Minn., Ace Beall of El Segundo; a sister, Mrs. Guila Self of Burbank. ---Memorial contributions may be made to the International Guiding Eye Inc., or the American Heart Association.
