Rose Anna (Lindsey) Farley's nickname was "Old Smokey Pipe". She had very beautiful gray hair. She always washed her face and hands with soap every morning and would smooth her hair back with soap suds. William N. and Rosanna Farley and most of their family arrived in Collin County, Texas on Christmas Eve, 1875, coming from Kentucky. Rosanna's husband, Willian Farley is buried at Stiff Chapel Cemetery in Altoga, Collin County, Texas ( When we visited this cemetery years ago, his monument was broken, could have been repaired by now) Rose Anna Lindsey, daughter of Hayton Lindsey and Mary (Hanes) Lindsey of Brownsville Edmonson County Kentucky. ............................................................
