Bio

Funeral services for Willie C. Hill, 86, of Route 4, Bryan, will be held at 4 p.m. today (Sunday) in Callaway-Jones Funeral Chapel, Rev. Bob Owens, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in New Church Cemetery of Edge. Mr. Hill, who was born Nov. 11, 1887, in Robertson County, died at noon Saturday in a local hospital. He was a retired employee of Texas A&M University. Survivors include his wife, Cora; five daughters, Mrs. Ruth Outlaw and Mrs. Merle Bullock, both of College Station, Mrs. Eunice Anthony of Burnett, Mrs. Lillian Foster of Marble Falls, and Mrs. Dorothy Willis of Marianna, Ark.; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers include Willis Hicks, Jimmy Hicks, Walter Earl Anthony, Johnny Burton, George Outlaw, and Tom Sirianni.
