Bio
Edwin Moucka, 44, a steeplejack who had lived in Dallas since 1952, was found dead Wednesday morning in his home at 1624 Peabody. He had been ill for a week, and it is believed he died Tuesday night. Moucka was born and reared in Ennis, Ellis County, and lived in Beaumont before coming to Dallas. Survivors include his daughter, Gail Moucka of Dallas; his father, Charles Moucka of Ennis; five brothers, Bob Moucka of Dallas and Charlie J. Moucka, Henry Moucka, Leslie Moucka, and Emil Moucka, all of Ennis; and a sister, Mrs. George L. Good of Dallas. Funeral services will be held at 10 a. m. Friday in Ennis' Keever Chapel. Burial will be in nearby Myrtle Cemetery.
