Funeral services for Wesley J. Hejny, 61, of 1211 Strickland, will be conducted at 10 a. m. Friday in the Keever Chapel in Ennis. The Dallas carpenter suffered a heart attack a week ago at his home and died Tuesday in a Dallas hospital. Born in Czechoslovakia, he settled in Ennis in 1905. He was married to Miss Annie Skrivanek in 1915 and farmed near Ennis until moving to Dallas in 1940. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Joe J. Hejny and Wesley Hejny, both of Dallas; three daughters, Mrs. Bernard Kriska and Miss Mary Hejny of Dallas, Mrs. W. Gaston of San Francisco, Calif.; three brothers, Frank Hejny and John Hejny of Ennis, Charles Hejny of Tioga, Grayson County; a sister, Mrs. Frank Frazil of Ennis; and six grandchildren. The Rev. F. J. Kostohryz, pastor of the Moravian Brethren Church of Ennis, will officiate, assisted by Joe Vytopil. Burial will be in the Myrtle Cemetery in Ennis.
