Bio

Eunice was the daughter of Malius and Olga (Haugen)Dronen. She married Donald Farthing in 1939 in Big Timber, Montana they moved to Jamestown in 1950 he died in 1973. She worked as cook in various places in Jamestown including Arnies Truck Plaza, Gordons Chicken Inn, and Northwest Y. She was a member of the Lutheran Church. She loved gardening and sewing. Survived by two sons, Darold (Donna)Jamestown; Donald (Karen), of Watertown, SD; a daughter DeAnna (Charles) Simmons of Jamestown. one brother Jay (Betty)Dronen Jamestown. 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; five grandchildren, her parents, and four brothers.
