Services for Aliene D. Curry, 66, of Lufkin, were held Friday, Aug. 20 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park. Mrs. Curry was born April 18, 1927 in Angelina County and died Aug. 18 in a Lufkin hospital. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She had been employed by Lufkin State School and Memorial Hospital as a nurses aide. She lived in Angelina County most of her life.
