DRANE GIRL DIED SUNDAY MORNING; FUNERAL MONDAY Funeral services for Gwendolyn Adams, aged 14 years, who died at the family home in the Drane community Sunday morning at 4:30 o'clock, were held from the Baptist church at Drane Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock with burial in the Campbell cemetery. Rev. Robert Burleson conducted the rites. Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Adams; a sister Helen Adams; a brother, Robert Weeks Adams; and a grandfather, G. B. Weeks, all of the Drane community. Sutherland-McCammon Funeral Home directed the arrangements. Notes: The Corsicana Daily Sun - Monday, Dec 28, 1936
