Jocie Haskins (64854968) Given name Josephine comes from the 1951 Death Certificate of her husband. Contributor: Floyd Smith (Smitty) (50063894) The Courier Gazette (McKinney Texas) 6 Dec 1951 p. 6: names daughter, "Mrs. James Haskins, Pierce City, Mo." Her mother later married John Drake. Ancestry Family Trees give birthplace of two older siblings, Simeon b. 1882, Springdale, Arkansas and Fannie Allison b. 1884, Springdale, Arkansas - so it is reasonable that she was born in Springdale, Arkansas also. The family tree information below gives her father's death date in 1886 in Washington County, Arkansas (where part of Springdale is located.) NOTE: I did not find burial place for her father. Her son's (Frank Allison Haskins) St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Employee Card names his parents: Frank Leslie Haskins and Jo Etta Allison.
