Bio

Helen Marie Greene, 74, of Ferris, Texas went to be with her Lord Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Charlton Methodist Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Helen was born in Dallas, Texas on December 17, 1936, the daughter of the late Willis Ford and Adela Mary Sulak Langston. Helen is survived by a daughter, Karen and husband Randall Lipsey of Rowlett, Texas, three sons Carlos and wife Rhonda Greene of Midlothian, Texas, Ron and wife Tena Greene of Ferris, Texas, Wade and wife Robin Greene of Caddo Mills, Texas. Helen is also survived by a sister, Margret Procious of Desoto, Texas. a brother, William Langston of Lancaster, Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Preceded in death by her parents husband Charles Truitt Greene two sisters Fran Nolan And Mary Ann Scott, one grandaughter Madison Lipsey. Visitation will be held at Green Funeral Home 207 S. Wood Street in Ferris, Texas from 6:00 ~ 8:00 pm on Monday, June 27, 2011. Funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church 304 W. 5th Street in Ferris, Texas 3:00 pm Tuesday, June 28, 2011 with Reverend Darrel Beggs officiating.
