*** IN LOVING MEMORY OF *** Rudolph "Rudy" Prososki was born on Wednesday; December 3, 1924 in Nance County, Nebraska. to John and Helen (Opiela) Prososki. He married Theresa Zywiec on June 10, 1950 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church-Krakow. They lived in Merrick County before moving to the farm in Nance County. Along with farming Rudy salvaged metal, shelled corn and hauled cattle. In 1967 they moved into Silver Creek. Rudy was a member of Saint Lawrence Catholic Church, Knight of Columbus #938 and served on the church and cemetery boards. He enjoyed playing cards with his grandsons, horse races, visiting the casinos and visiting with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rudolph "Rudy" Prososki, age: 86, passed away on Wednesday; January 26, 2011 at his home in Silver Creek; Merrick County, Nebraska. Those left to mourn his passing are: His Wife: Theresa Prososki of Silver Creek, Nebaska. His daughter: Sandra (Dan) Baker of Silver Creek, Nebraska; his daughter: Cindy (Jim) Coulter of Columbus; Platte County, Nebraska; his brother: Clem Prososki of Omaha; Douglas County, Nebraska; his brother: David (Rita) Prososki of Omaha, Nebraska; his grandchildren: Robert (Becca) Baker, Dale (Nikki) Baker, David (Erin) Baker, Daniel (Kyli) Baker, Adam (Jessica) Coulter, Kyle (Ashley) Coulter, Wade Coulter, Dwight Coulter and his great grandchildren: Dylan, Katie, Howard, Gracie, Liberty, Brooklyn, Avery Baker and Elijah Coulter. Rudolph was preceded in death by his parents and his granddaughter: Vickie Baker. May they rest in peace. May God bless his memory and give strength to those that mourn. Visitation will be from: 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday; January 27, 2011, also a Vigil will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the visitation will continue from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Friday; January 28, 2011 all at the Saint Lawrence Catholic Church in Silver Creek, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at: 10:00 a.m. on Friday; January 28, 2011 also at the Saint Lawrence Catholic Church with the Reverend Frank Jindra officiating. Interment will be at the Saint Lawrence Cemetery in Silver Creek, Nebraska.
