Howard Francis Burr, born March 23,1949 in Dallas, TX and passed away January 21, 2011 in Carrollton, TX. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Burr; daughter, Jennifer Burr and son, Christopher Burr; sister, Linda Weaver and husband, Huel. Howard lived in Dallas all of his life. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and a very loving husband and father. Service will be held at 11:00AM, Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Grace Bible Church. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00Pm, Tuesday at Restland Funeral Home. Reception to follow service at the Church. Published Dallas Morning News
