Bio

Parents: Wm. Fulton and Carolyn Sheaffer William came to Hamilton County at the age of 11 with his parents. He married Albertina Martha Sommerfeld on May 7, 1903. William and Albertina had seven children before Albertina died in 1913. William married Hulda Meissner Mashkie on Sept. 12, 1914. William and Hulda had two children.
