Bio

Mr. Goodnight died Friday, Jan. 21, at his home. He was born on July 21, 1928, to Henry Ernest and Lola Pearl Pirtle Goodnight in Salado. He graduated from Salado High School. On Nov 24, 1948, he married Robbie L. Reue in Salado. He owned and operated Goodnight Construction Company. He also managed Salado Water Supply for 22 years. He was a member Prairie Dell Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, two sons, Gary Goodnight of Arlington and Alan Goodnight of Salado; a daughter, Rene DePoy of Salado; and six grandchildren.
