Daughter of Eddie Lee and Nellie Ragsdale Plunkett Wife of O. B. Wallis Helen Jean Wallis Services for Helen Jean Wallis, 80, Winnsboro, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Beaty Funeral Home, Winnsboro. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery. Mrs. Wallis died Jan. 20, 2011. She was born Feb. 13, 1930, in Como to Eddie Lee and Nellie Mae Ragsdale Plunkett. She was preceded in death by her husband, O.B. Wallis, and son, Obert Bob Wallis. Survivors include sons, Don, Gary, Craig and Mark Wallis; daughters, Linda Singleton, Jo Mears, Mary Dunavant, Sheron Stone, Rhonda Hitt, Sheila Smith, Melissa Crofford and Sheryl Brown.
