Bio

Elvin Joseph Goodeaux was a son of Henry Ned Etienne Godeau. On his 1940 Military Draft Card, he gave his surname as "Godeaux," adding the terminal letter x. Later in life, he began spelling his surname "Goodeaux." In 1945, in Harrison County, Mississippi, he married Dorothy Louise Gildea (1923-1985). They had at least three children: Henry Ned, Stephen D., and Linda Louise.
