Arthur married Mary Edith "Mamie" Haner 10 March 1909 in Shawnee, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma and is listed in the 1910 census of that county. Wife Mary E. is said to be 19, making her born 1891 in MO. Arthur's mother and sister were living with them as well as their daughter Clara 7 months old. Arthur is a boilermaker with Rock Island Railroad. They had another child named Floyd about 1912. On 23 May 1914 he married Ethel Ruth Brown who is listed with him on the 1920 census of same county. Arthur is 34, Ethel 24, Mildred age 4 and Ailene age 2 and they had a son Jack later that year. He filled out his WWI draft papers in 1918 Pottawatomie Co., listed as Arthur Siles/Silas Horn and said his birthday was 11 January 1886 and he had wife and 4 children. His parents family bible also gave his birth as 1886. A grand-daughter told me he died 27 August 1968 but can find no other source. The tombstone has he died in 1965 and the person who turned this memorial over to me has he died 1962, plus a year off on his age on the stone and the census is either wrong or the birthdate on Mamie's stone. I don't know why he is buried with Mamie when they had been split up for 54 years, or had they? It is a mystery.
