From Obituary: She was preceded in death by her loving husband of over sixty years, Thurman W. Brandes, her parents, Arthur Albert and Emma Woltersdorf Bremser and four brothers and two sisters. Gertrude was born February 1, 1918 near Hungerford, Texas. She is survived by her daughter and her husband, two grandsons, and great grandchildren.
