Bio

Married Glennie Hestella Klingaman on December 16, 1919. Son of James & Mary (Karel) Pliner James Pliner, 69, town of Rockbridge, died last Wednesday at his farm home after a long illness. A son of late James and Mary Karl Pliner, he was married Dec 14, 1919 to Glennie Klingaman. The couple rented the farm of her parents for four years, then purchased the farm in Rockbridge where they have since lived. He is survived by his wife; a son Gideon, of Richland Center WI; a daughter, Mrs William Hanold Rt 2; three brothers, Joe Rt 4, William, Warrens, WI and Frank of Gillingham, and one grandson. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Wisthoff and Rev. D. O. Dietzman officiating. Burial was in the Woodstock Cem. (Richland Observer Pg 8, 15 Nov 1962).
