Wife of Robert Martin Thompson Daughter of Sam Gardner Moore, Sr. & Martha Tressie (Payne) Moore [buried at Frost Cemetery] Reba Avis (Moore) Thompson Jun 30, 1914 - Aug 19, 1978 Mrs. Thompson FROST - Funeral services were held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Frost Baptist Church for Mrs. Reba A. Thompson, 64, of Frost who died Saturday night at Navarro County Memorial Hospital. The Rev. W. H. Bradberry and the Rev E. W. French officiated. Interment was in Dresden Cemetery. She was a member of the Eastern Star and also a member of the Missionary Baptist Chruch of Emmett. Survivors include her husband, Martin Thompson of Frost; one son, Sam Thompson of Kerens; her mother, Martha T. Moore of Frost; two sisters, Rita Hollingsworth of Lancaster and Rozene Shadix of Houston; two brothers, Billy ray Moore of Amarillo and Sam Moore, Jr., of Dallas; and three grandchildren, Lowell, Brent, and Darrell all of Kerens. Pallbearers were James Kelley, Jimmy Moore, Carlos Moore, Gary Conner, Leon Crawford and Mike Thompson. Ballard Funeral Home of Frost was in charge of the services.
