"Services for Delilah O'Connell, 69, Fairfield, Calif., formerly of Norfolk, were Feb. 22 in Fairfield. Burial was private. She died Feb. 13, 2005, at home of injuries received in an auto accident June 13, 2004, in Napa, Calif. She was born March 22, 1935, at Fairfax, S.D., to Ralph and Clara Kasper. She married James O'Connell on Feb. 22, 1955. He died in 1993. She spent the last 32 years as a nursing assistant in Napa."
