Bio
Mrs. Martha L. Moore died February 28, 1907, of typhoid fever. She was 55. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Mrs. Moore was survived by her husband, Frank A. Moore, and four grown children. The Moore family had lived in Tyler for 25 years. Mr. Moore worked for the Cotton Belt Railroad. (see Tyler Daily Courier, March 2, 1907) -------------------- Martha's maiden name is believed to be Wood. In 1860, she lived near the Edward G. Moore family in Carroll County, Mississippi. She and Francis Moore married on November 20, 1872, and were living in Anderson County, Texas by 1880. Martha and Francis were the parents of Mary, Gardner, and Haskey. (from contributor 47383749)
