Bio

Elvis C., born at Footout, TX, Feb. 25, 1914, and moved to OKC in 1927. He served in the US Army during World War II. He worked at Tinker AFB as a Commercial Artist until his retirement. He is preceded in death by his wife, Wildred Conner Rhodes. He is survived by his daughter, Sue Nell Harl of Arlington, TX; and his brother, Frank Rhodes of Cherokee Village, AR.
