Leceil, was husband of Wanda (Chapman)Witty. After high school he worked at Keys Clothes, Commonwealth Insurance Co. Witty Service Station and at time of death was working for Tompkinsville Auto Parts. Leciel and Wanda had one daughter, Freda.Taken from History of Monroe Co. He was son of Glenn and Flora Witty.
