Belle E. Krajewski Szydzik March 30,1890-Jan 13,1957 Funeral services for Mrs. Belle Szydzik, 66, who died Jan. 13, were held Thursday, Jan. 17, in St. Luke's Church, Father P.J. Kenny offered the Requiem Mass. Burial was in St. Luke's Cemetery. Mrs. Szydzik, daughter of Stanley and Tefila Krajewski, was born March 30, 1890, at Ashton, Neb., where she was reared, and married Mr. Szydzik on May, 7, 1907 at Choynice, Neb. They made their home on a farm in the Ashton community until 1925, when they came to Ogallala. Mr. Szydzik engaged in wheat farming in their first years in Keith County, retiring in the late 1920's. Survivors are five daughters, Sister Aloise, Minot, N. Dak.; Mrs. Nellie Spear and Mrs. Clementine Spear of Ogallala, Mrs. Tillie Bronson of Seattle, Wash.; and Mrs. Lillian Schilling of Sidney; 11 grandchildren; Four sisters, Sister Davidica of Chicago, Mrs. Oscar Cook of Ogallala and Mrs. Mike Kosmicki and Mrs. Earl Moore of Sidney; and four brothers, John and Ed Krajewski of Oshkosh, Steve of Denver and Stanley of Ogallala.
