Edith Peay Phillips Ellis, 77, of Spanish Fork, died Sunday, May 7, 1989, in the Crestview Nursing Home in Provo. She was born October 24, 1911, in Provo, the daughter of Albert H. and Nellie Duke Peay. She married Lewis Fredrick Phillips, July 20, 1935. He died in 1949. She married Richard Ross Ellis, July 11, 1959. He died February 24, 1988. Survivors include one son and one daughter, Richard H. Ellis, Provo; Karen E. Spackman, Trenton; grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Albert Lewis Phillips and all her brothers and sisters.
