Fort Bend Herald, April 10, 2009: Funeral services for Henrietta Mary Ann Selzer Zwahr, 95, of Rosenberg, TX, are scheduled for 11 AM Saturday, April 11, 2009, at the Garmany & Carden Funeral Directors Chapel in Rosenberg, TX, with the Rev. Dr. Dale Staggemeier officiating. Burial will follow in Rosenberg City Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Klimple, Kenneth Klimple, Willie Socha, Wayne Schroeder, Terry Ricklefsen, and Ryan Ricklefsen. Visitation will be 5-7:00 PM Friday, April 10, 2009, at the Garmany & Carden Chapel, Rosenberg, TX. Mrs. Zwahr was born February 17, 1914, in Holman, TX, to Adolph Selzer and Ida Sandlin Selzer. She died Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at OakBend Medical Center, Richmond, TX. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Rosenberg, TX. Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy Krell of Rosenberg, TX; sister, Dollie Klimple of El Campo, TX; sister-in-law, Mary Ricklefsen of Richmond, TX; niece, Sue Ann Socha and husband, Willie, of Fayetteville, TX; 4 nephews: Bobbie Klimple and wife, Janie, of El Campo, TX, Kenneth Klimple and wife, Diane, of Somerville, TX, Clarence Hattermann of Weimar, TX, and Terry Ricklefsen of Richmond, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents; by husband, Ollie Bennett; husband, Fred Zwahr; brother, Adolph Selzer; and sister, Adela Hattermann. Memorials may be made in her memory to St. John's United Church of Christ, 1513 West Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
