Born : December 1, 1883, Henderson County Texas. Died: March 26, 1962, Athens, Henderson county Texas. Cause of death: cerebral anoxia. Father: Thomas Jefferson Bristow. Mother: Nancy Ella Derryberry. Married David A. Brazeel, January 1, 1911, Henderson County Texas. Researched by Jaycie Smith # 47274161. Athens - Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Central Baptist Church for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Brazeel, 78, who died Monday in an Athens hospital after a short illness. Burial will be in the Red Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Brazeel was born in Henderson County and had lived in this county all of her life, most of the time in the New York and Murchison areas. She had lived in Athens for a number of years. Her husband, Dave Brazeel, died in 1935. Survivors are three brothers, W.H. Bristow of Trees, La., T.W. Bristow of Athens and A. r.
