CLEVELAND COUNTY HERALD - Sept. 29, 1904 GEO. W. OAKS Mr. Geo. W. Oaks of Kedron, Ark., died at his home at Kendall's mill Saturday evening Sept. 19th, 1904, after a brief illness. Mr. Oaks was the youngest son of the late Judge L.F. Oaks, of Randall. He was in the prime of life and up to a short time before his death had enjoyed the best of health. He was a man of fine physique and of fine intellect. He had had charge of the mercantile business for Mr. Frank Kendall a number of years. Mrs. Oaks leaves a wife and several children, an aged mother and several brothers and sisters and a host of friends to mourn their loss. 3 children of George & Armesa Oaks 1) Harry, b. 02/1893 2) Frank, b. 02/1895 3) Hattie, b. 04/1898
