He was affectionately known as the "Monkey Man" who cared for the Lufkin's Original Zoo, comprized of two monkeys, contributed by the late Joe Barnes and Marcus Gibson. He entertained local children with the monkeys and he later cared for the Lufkin Panther's first and only live mascot named "Fang" Survivors: Daughter, Mrs Jeanette Jones and Mrs Laverne Terrall Son, Billy Joe Finley Sister, Mrs Easter Holman 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Father: James Ephraim Finley Mother: Mattie ??? ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
