Bio

He was the son of Harold Foster and Vivian Gertrude Renfro Baxter. He married Nancy Jean Webster on June 28, 1963 in Melissa, Texas. He was an aircraft mechanic at Love Field for 44 years and retired with G.E. Engine Services. He was also a farmer and cattleman in Collin County for many years. He is survived by his wife of McKinney; son, Allan Baxter and wife Angela of Prosper, Texas; daughter Theresa Powell and husband J.J. of McKinney; 2 grandsons; mother of McKinney, Texas; sister Freida Rose and husband Bobby of McKinney, Texas; brother Lloyd Baxter of Anna, Texas; father-in-law C.O. Webster of Celina, Texas; numerous other loving relatives and friends. He was preceeded in death by his father; sister Wannella Fowler, brother-in-law, Nickey Robinson.
