Bio

Eleanor J. Nejezchleb Sapp, 75, died Saturday, June 1, 2002 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital. Eleanor was born May 24, 1927 in Lawrence, Nebraska to Frank & Mary (Kvasnica) Svoboda. Eleanor graduated from Lawrence High School in 1945 and married Norbert Nejezchleb on July 17, 1945. They farmed in the Glenvil area until his death on March 14, 1986. She married Keith L. Sapp on July 26, 1991 and moved from Glenvil, Nebraska to Hastings, Nebraska. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and South Central Nebraska Czech Society. She had been active in the Glenvil Legion Auxiliary, bowling and enjoyed going to garage sales. During her retirement years, she had many fun part-time jobs. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband, Norbert Nejezchleb, son, Wayne and sister Erma Judy. Survivors are: Husband: Keith L.
