ELIZABETH MARTHA KNESEK, age 93, of Livingston, Texas passed away on September 8, 2009 in League City. Elizabeth was born August 22, 1916 in Tylertown, Mississippi to parents, Stephen and Mary Elizabeth Sims. She and her husband lived in the Shelter Cove Community of Livingston for over 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Willie F. Knesek; sisters: Mary Prejean and Ollie Fornea; and brothers: Murry, Bob, Tom and Clyde Sims. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law: Philip and Dorothy Burch of Alvin; grandchildren: Michael Burch and wife Lanette of Angleton, Annette Mickan and husband Darrell of Alvin, Kenny Burch and wife Wendy of Alvin, and Jimmy Burch of Alvin; great-grandchildren: Tiffany Burch, Ashley Burch, Melissa Mickan, Danielle Mickan Hill, B.J. Burch, Stephanie Burch Hein and husband Brandon, Jordan Mize, and Pat and Josh Hill; great-great-grandchildren: Andrew Hill, Baylee and Kaelyn Hein, and Brenden Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Froberg Funeral Home at Oak Park, where the funeral service will be held Friday, September 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Robert Magee officiating. Interment followed at Oak Park Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Froberg Funeral Home at Oak Park.
